Let’s Get Real: Amateur Bodybuilding Is Easy

Yeah I said it! Amateur Bodybuilding is easy!

I’ve been doing sports since the age of 6: swimming, breakdancing, parkour, boxing, and of course – bodybuilding. And let me tell you this: bodybuilding is the easiest sport on the face of the planet!

All you got to do is just hit the GYM 3 times a week, for 1 hour each time, eat according to the plan, and sleep good, and in 4-6 months you will have a killer body!

The guys who post motivational posters with: “Pain is just weakness leaving the body” and such next to their shirtless pictures pumping iron in the local GYM, always make me laugh. I mean, come on dude, what are you doing that is so “painful” and “hard”? sleeping? Eating the right amounts on time? Doing 4 sets of 8? Seriously, what?

And still, some people just can’t watch their diet because they got excuses such as: I got a tight schedule, I don’t have enough time, increasing weight is more important than diet (don’t even get me started on this one), and other BS excuses like that.

Whether you’re overweight and want to burn fat, or skinny and want to build muscle, it all ends up with going to the GYM, eating properly, and getting a good night’s sleep.

The biggest guys in the GYM are not big because they are on steroids or because they are manly and naturally strong, NO! The biggest dudes in the GYM are only big because they were able to routinely watch their diet and workout regime without giving up.

Bodybuilding is 20% GYM, 80% Food and sleep – want to get big? Eat more!

That’s it for this post, talk to you soon!
